The General Services Department is a multi-task department divided into two divisions; Public Works and Parks. General Services Director is Rick Lunnemann. The Public Works Division is responsible for the maintenance of streets, storm sewers, signs, all public buildings, etc. The Parks Division is responsible for the maintenance of all greenspace which includes the city’s three parks, city properties, and all right-of-ways. The Parks Division is also responsible for maintaining the city owned buildings.
