9/20/23 – Dudley Road Storm Water Project – Construction at Dudley Road and Campus Drive should start September 20-23 and will last 6 weeks depending on weather. Please seek alternate routes during this time.
8/15/23 – Dudley Road Storm Water Project – Construction at Dudley Road and Lawrence Drive re-started August 15th and will last 4-6 weeks depending on weather. Temporary traffic lights on Dudley Road have been installed, please seek alternate routes during this time.
8/15/23 – Glenview Court, Phase II Street Improvement Project is scheduled to begin construction around mid-August, 2023, weather permitting. The construction work for this project will occur between 432/439 Glenview Court and 463 Glenview Court/3217 Laurel Oak Court. The road improvements will consist of the complete removal of the existing street within the project limits, installation of a new underdrain system, catch basin replacement as needed, replacement of driveway aprons as needed, and installation of a new concrete street. We anticipate that the project will be completed by mid-June 2024.
7/17/23 – Fawnhill Phase II street reconstruction project between Driftwood Court and Winding Trails started during the week of July 17. The road improvements will consist of the complete removal of the existing street within the project limits, installation of a new underdrain system, catch basin replacement as needed, replacement of driveway aprons as needed, and installation of a new concrete street.
